According to incomplete statistics, the Zhanghe River Basin is inhabited by more than 200 species of birds and more than 60 species of aquatic organisms, and it is famous for the peach blossom jellyfish, known as the "aquatic giant panda", and the scaly-sided merganser, known as the "aquatic flying feathered giant panda".
